Just can’t say enough about the service I received from Thurman’s. Reminds me of the good old days when the “customer was always right.” These folks went out of their way to make us happy. They are living up to their name. They are definitely a 5/5!

They fixed my 25 year old refrigerator when it quit cooling. Fast service, reasonable and fair price. No pressure to buy a new one. They even checked to make sure they could get parts for it before they did the service call. Excellent people. Highly recommend.

The team at Thurmans was a pleasure to work with, every step of the way. They were very accommodating of my schedule and made special arrangements to meet up with me when I was available - reminiscent of a small town business that really cares.I got a new washer and dryer from them and they delivered it and hauled off my old one.Very reasonably price and super friendly. I would highly recommend them.

The entire sales experience was wonderful at Thurmans! The salesperson Ella Lindsey really knew her products and took the time to show us the different features. The young man that delivered and installed our washer and dryer was so polite and took the time to demonstrate the use. This is the way customer service used to be! I recommend them for any appliance needs!!!

Very outstanding people. And has the very best outstanding customer service. My washing machine tore up and they got me a brand new one and was very quick to get it. The delivery guy was very nice. The lady that I talk with about fixing my washing machine she was so nice and very outstanding customer service. I have been around shopping at all the appliances store but Thurman's is outstanding and outstanding customer service. They deserve more then 5 stars

I can’t imagine my life without Thurman's Appliances! Danny and Leisha Thurman are people of character and integrity; Thurman’s Appliances have came to our rescue on numerous occasions and have always provided exceptional service with not only a smile but with quality appliances! We’ve never had ANY trouble with ANY of our appliances or services! Our entire family and friends use Thurman’s and I won’t go anywhere else! Not only do they stand behind their appliances but you can’t beat working with a locally owned business that cuts out all of the hassle you experience a lot of the time with bigger companies! I would recommend them over and over again! Trust me if your not buying from them your throwing away money I can’t tell you how many thousands of dollars they’ve saved us over the years!
